Tracey of tl.therapies joins the Nemetona therapy team from May.

Tracey, is a qualified complementary therapist with a passion for supporting women’s health and wellbeing at every stage of life. With a background in nursing and many years of experience working within the NHS, she brings a deep understanding of holistic care, compassion, and professionalism into every treatment she offers.

Tracey’s practice is centred around nurturing both the body and mind, creating a safe and supportive space where women can relax, restore, and reconnect with themselves.

Qualified in a range of therapies including aromatherapy, Indian head massage, hot stone massage, holistic massage, menopause massage, and facial massage, each tailored to meet individual needs.

Tracey is also currently expanding her skills to include pregnancy massage, allowing her to further support women during this special and transformative time.

Tracey is dedicated to continuous learning and development, always seeking to grow her knowledge and refine her practice so she can offer the highest standard of care. Tracey’s aim is to empower women to prioritise their wellbeing and feel supported, balanced, and revitalised through every stage of their journey.

Your one hour appointment is designed to cover everything you need, from a consultation to discuss your individual needs, through to your treatment and aftercare advice.

An hour session with Tracey start from £40. A £10 deposit is required at time of booking.
